After working for 20 years in many different human resource management positions, Jennifer Hanson, principal owner of The Absolute HR Group, decided to start a consulting firm unique to the industry. Her vision was to provide the executive level human resource management to small, medium and start-up companies who needed this level of expertise to successfully grow and manage their business without the extreme high cost of employing a fully time executive Human Resource partner. As her business enlarged, so did her services and The Absolute HR Group began working with companies involved in mergers and acquisitions as well as those who needed special assistance for recruiting services and customized training. Now, the Absolute HR Group has expanded to helping over 126 companies with human resource consultation services, and is consistently growing!

Jennifer Hanson, principal/owner, has over twenty years of senior management experience. She has a Master’s Degree in human resource management from the University of Texas and is PHR Certified. Hanson began managing people at the age of twenty four when she opened her own business. She quickly realized the challenges business owners face in the management of people.
